Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
  • Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure a positive overall experience with Zomato services.
• Issue Resolution:
  • Investigate and analyze customer concerns, working closely with internal teams to find effective solutions and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and prioritize critical customer issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Monitor and assess the quality of customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance the overall customer support experience.
