Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Act as the first point of contact for Zomato users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Proactively engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide assistance and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and analyze customer issues, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support while maintaining ownership and communication with the customer.
- Provide accurate information about Zomato's products and services, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps and ensuring a swift resolution.
