    • Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns, providing accurate and timely solutions to enhance overall satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Order Management and Coordination:
    • Oversee the end-to-end order process, from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Liaise with restaurant partners to address order-related queries and facilitate smooth communication between customers and establishments.
    • Proactively monitor and manage order status, taking initiative to address potential issues before they impact the customer experience.
  • Customer Education and Feedback Collection:
    • Educate customers on Zomato's features, promotions, and policies to enhance their understanding and encourage active usage of the platform.
