Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction and Issue Resolution:
- Engage with Zomato customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns, providing accurate and timely solutions to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
- Order Management and Coordination:
- Oversee the end-to-end order process, from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with restaurant partners to address order-related queries and facilitate smooth communication between customers and establishments.
- Proactively monitor and manage order status, taking initiative to address potential issues before they impact the customer experience.
- Customer Education and Feedback Collection:
- Educate customers on Zomato's features, promotions, and policies to enhance their understanding and encourage active usage of the platform.
