Responsibilities:

- Interact with Zomato users via various channels (phone, chat, email) to provide exceptional customer service.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, contributing to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Order Management and Coordination:
- Assist customers in placing and tracking orders, guiding them through the Zomato platform for a seamless ordering process.
- Work closely with restaurant partners and delivery personnel to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Proactively monitor order status, anticipate potential issues, and take preventive actions to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Product and Service Knowledge:
- Stay updated on Zomato's offerings, features, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
