    • Work closely with restaurant partners and delivery personnel to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
    • Proactively monitor order status, anticipate potential issues, and take preventive actions to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Product and Service Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on Zomato's offerings, features, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
