• Customer Engagement:

• Order Management:
  • Efficiently handle order-related concerns, such as tracking, modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Collaborate with delivery partners and restaurants to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Issue Resolution:
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer complaints, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues promptly.
