Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction and Issue Resolution:
- Engage with customers via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding while actively listening to customer concerns, ensuring a positive and personalized resolution to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer support experience.
- Product and Service Expertise:
- Stay informed about Zomato's latest features, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Educate customers on using the Zomato platform, troubleshooting common issues, and guiding them through the ordering process.
- Proactively identify and communicate recurring issues or trends to contribute to continuous improvement in our products and services.
