Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction and Issue Resolution:
- Engage with Zomato users through various channels, including but not limited to, phone, chat, and email.
- Effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Proactively identify and escalate priority issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Order Management and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage and coordinate order-related activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing, including modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
- Monitor order statuses and take proactive steps to prevent and resolve any issues affecting delivery timelines.
