Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction and Issue Resolution:
  • Engage with Zomato users through various channels, including but not limited to, phone, chat, and email.
  • Effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Proactively identify and escalate priority issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Order Management and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage and coordinate order-related activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing, including modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Monitor order statuses and take proactive steps to prevent and resolve any issues affecting delivery timelines.
