The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Zomato customers. This position requires a strong understanding of Zomato's products and services, as well as the ability to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. The CRE will also be responsible for building relationships with customers and promoting Zomato's brand.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to Zomato customers
• Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
• Build relationships with customers and promote Zomato's brand
• Escalate complex issues to the Customer Support Manager
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
