The Position: Sr. Marketing Executive

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Calendar Management: You'll be the master of keeping track of everyone's schedules. This includes scheduling appointments, meetings, and calls, as well as sending reminders and ensuring everyone's on the same page.
• Email & Communication: You'll be the friendly voice of Zomato in many communications. You'll draft and send emails, manage inboxes, and keep everyone connected and informed.
• Research & Information Gathering: Need to know the latest food trends or find some interesting data? You'll be our research whiz, digging up the information the team needs to make informed decisions.
• Presentation & Document Creation: You'll help create clear and concise presentations and documents to keep everyone on the same page and showcase information in a compelling way.
• General Administrative Support: You'll take care of a variety of administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly, from booking travel to managing expenses.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Qualifications):

• Excellent Communication Skills: You can clearly and professionally express yourself in writing and verbally.
• Organization & Time Management: You're a master of keeping track of things, juggling multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Technical Skills: You're comfortable using a variety of computer programs, including email, calendar apps, word processors, and presentation software.
• Research Skills: You know how to find reliable information quickly and efficiently.
• Positive & Proactive Attitude: You're a team player with a helpful and can-do attitude. You're always looking for ways to make things better and support the team.
