We're looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our growing team! In this work-from-home role, you'll be the hero for our restaurant partners, helping them get the most out of Zomato and grow their business.
What you'll do:
- Be a friendly face for our restaurant partners, answering their questions and solving their problems.
- Help restaurants set up their Zomato profiles and showcase their delicious food.
- Track how restaurants are doing on Zomato and offer tips for success.
- Build relationships with restaurants and become their Zomato expert.
Who you are:
- Great with people! You have excellent communication skills and can explain things clearly.
- A problem-solver! You can find solutions and troubleshoot any issues restaurants might have.
- A foodie at heart! You're passionate about food and understand the restaurant business.
- Computer savvy! You're comfortable using a computer and learning new things.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in customer service or account management.
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry in India.
