We're looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our growing team! In this work-from-home role, you'll be the hero for our restaurant partners, helping them get the most out of Zomato and grow their business.

What you'll do:

• Be a friendly face for our restaurant partners, answering their questions and solving their problems.
• Help restaurants set up their Zomato profiles and showcase their delicious food.
• Track how restaurants are doing on Zomato and offer tips for success.
• Build relationships with restaurants and become their Zomato expert.

Who you are:

• Great with people! You have excellent communication skills and can explain things clearly.
• A problem-solver! You can find solutions and troubleshoot any issues restaurants might have.
• A foodie at heart! You're passionate about food and understand the restaurant business.
• Computer savvy! You're comfortable using a computer and learning new things.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in customer service or account management.
• Knowledge of the restaurant industry in India.
