Source and attract top talent: Utilize various online and offline channels to identify and connect with potential candidates who possess the skills and experience aligned with our requirements.
Screen and shortlist candidates: Review resumes and cover letters to assess candidate qualifications and experience. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess suitability for the role and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment process: Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting references, and providing timely updates to candidates and hiring managers.
