Unilever is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR support to employees, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the full cycle of talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
• Provide employee relations support, including handling employee inquiries, resolving disputes, and conducting disciplinary investigations
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including administering payroll, tracking employee leave, and processing benefit claims
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices
