• Problem Resolution:
  • Investigate and analyze customer concerns, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution for the customer while maintaining brand integrity.
