Summary

In this role, you'll be a student success champion, guiding them through their learning journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned students
  • Proactively identify student needs and roadblocks
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to help students achieve their learning goals
  • Track student progress and usage data
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional courses
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Gather and analyze student feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new customer success initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with students
  • Passion for education and a desire to help others succeed
  • Proficiency in using online learning platforms and tools
  • Experience in customer success or a related field (a plus)

Experience

This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals. We're looking for individuals with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and a passion for education. If you have prior customer success experience, that's a plus, but it's not mandatory. We're more interested in finding someone who is eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact.
