Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research to understand target audience needs, preferences, and industry trends.
• Conceptualize and develop creative content across various formats, including social media posts, website copy, email marketing materials, and press releases.
• Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content marketing.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, and engagement rates, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, web developers, and other creative professionals to develop engaging marketing materials.
• Support in the development and maintenance of the company's marketing budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven approach to marketing, with a focus on measuring and optimizing campaign performance.

Experience:

This role is open to both freshers with a strong academic background in marketing and marketing graduates with 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
