• Driving Growth and Efficiency:
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Sun Pharma products.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
