Responsibilities

• Order Management and Processing:
  • Efficiently handle the end-to-end process of order management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order processing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather and verify customer requirements, and coordinate with various departments to fulfill orders seamlessly.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, communicating effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Support:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and meet the needs of prospective clients.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
