Summary

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our back-office operations, providing critical administrative and operational support to various departments within the company. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing data and documentation to assisting with financial processes and ensuring efficient communication. We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain various databases and filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient recordkeeping.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide administrative support to different departments, handling tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing travel arrangements.
  • Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating payroll processes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and in person.
  • Identify and resolve administrative issues proactively, ensuring smooth operational workflows.
  • Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
  • Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Office Administration).
  • Proven experience in an administrative or back-office role (fresher candidates can apply).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Experience:

For freshers, a strong academic background, relevant coursework, and a demonstrably keen interest in the aviation industry will be considered favorably. Experienced candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing administrative tasks and maintaining efficient workflows.
