• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication:

  • Secure buy-in and support for program initiatives.
  • Present program progress and results effectively to senior leadership.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance:
  • Track program progress against KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular program reviews and evaluations, measuring impact and recommending adjustments.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize program efficiency.
