Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for the entire software delivery lifecycle, from development to production. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to automate deployments, implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, and ensure the smooth operation of our Salesforce applications.

Summary

  • Design, develop, and implement DevOps tools and processes to automate software delivery pipelines.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to maintain high availability and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest DevOps trends and technologies.
  • Work in an agile environment and embrace a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
  • Configure and manage infrastructure using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Monitor system health and performance using tools like Prometheus or Datadog.
  • Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of shared DevOps tooling.
  • Document DevOps processes and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (a plus).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus or Datadog.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Passion for automation and continuous improvement.

Experience

This role is open to both experienced DevOps Engineers and enthusiastic individuals with a strong foundation in DevOps principles. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
