Job Summary
The Back Office Executive position plays a critical role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of our business. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all you do. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in data entry, accounts payable/receivable, customer service, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and management: You will be responsible for accurate data entry into various company systems, maintaining databases, and generating reports.
- Accounts payable/receivable: You will process invoices, payments, and manage supplier and customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Customer service: You will provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document management: You will scan, file, and maintain accurate records and documents electronically.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders: You will work effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth workflows and communication.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on departmental needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or back-office role (preferred)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
