Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and updates.
Assist with onboarding new hires and provide them with a smooth transition into the PhonePe team.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
