• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements.
• Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Pre-screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assess their skills and suitability for the role.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and updates.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and provide them with a smooth transition into the PhonePe team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
