Job Title: Front Office Staff - Work From Home
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Staff to join our team at PhonePe. As a Front Office Staff, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat. This is a work-from-home opportunity, and you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner
- Provide product information and educate customers on our services and features
Communication
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of customer information and feedback to internal teams
Problem-Solving
- Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff or specialized teams as necessary
Data Entry and Management
- Accurately and efficiently enter customer information and interactions into our CRM system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and data

Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in a related field preferred
Experience
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or front office environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
