Job Title: Front Office Staff - Work From Home

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Staff to join our team at PhonePe. As a Front Office Staff, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat. This is a work-from-home opportunity, and you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner
  • Provide product information and educate customers on our services and features

Communication

  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of customer information and feedback to internal teams

Problem-Solving

  • Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff or specialized teams as necessary

Data Entry and Management

  • Accurately and efficiently enter customer information and interactions into our CRM system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and data

Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in a related field preferred

Experience

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or front office environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Working Conditions
