Job Title: Computer Technician - Work From Home

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Technician to join our team at PhonePe, working from the comfort of your own home. As a Computer Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot technical problems, using diagnostic tools and techniques to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions, using our CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or computer technician role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, hardware and software troubleshooting, and diagnostic tools.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification is a plus.
