Job Summary

We're seeking a strategic and analytical Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing (SMM), content marketing, and email marketing. You'll also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and staying ahead of the curve on the latest digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEM, SMM, content marketing, email marketing) to achieve set marketing goals.
Conduct in-depth market research to understand target audiences, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing trends.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media platforms.
Create high-quality content (articles, blog posts, social media content) that is engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly.
Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for PhonePe to leverage them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, product) to ensure brand consistency and seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Prepare comprehensive reports to track progress, measure ROI, and communicate campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and campaign execution.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, email marketing).
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in using web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex marketing data in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends and technologies.
