• Achieve sales targets: Set daily and monthly sales goals and strive to consistently exceed them. Develop strong relationships with customers to build repeat business.
• Maintain store environment: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked with products. Contribute to creating a welcoming and informative atmosphere for customers.
