Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a positive and inviting shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable recommendations and answering product-related inquiries.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct pricing and payment methods.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring that product displays are neat and merchandise is properly stocked.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Upsell Patanjali products and services to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
• Stay up-to-date on Patanjali product promotions and special offers, effectively communicating these to customers.
