Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction and Issue Resolution:
  • Engage with customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer queries promptly.
• Order Processing and Tracking:
  • Manage order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
  • Track and monitor shipments, providing customers with real-time updates on the status of their orders.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline the order fulfillment process and minimize delays.
