We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team at Nykaa. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for helping to develop and execute marketing strategies, creating and managing marketing content, and supporting with marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for monitoring and engaging with Nykaa's social media audience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of Nykaa's marketing strategies
• Create and manage marketing content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email campaigns
• Support with marketing campaigns, including event planning, data analysis, and reporting
• Monitor and engage with Nykaa's social media audience
• Track and analyze marketing performance
