Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement and Assistance:

   • Provide personalized product recommendations based on customers' preferences and needs.
   • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and the latest beauty trends.
2. Sales and Target Achievement:
   • Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
   • Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing store display to attract and retain customers.
   • Offer exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Product Knowledge and Education:
   • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends by attending training sessions and workshops.
   • Educate customers on the benefits and usage of various beauty products.
   • Assist in inventory management, including restocking and keeping track of product expiry dates.
