As a Retail Sales Associate at Nerolac Paints, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building customer relationships within our retail network.   • Provide expert advice on color selection, application techniques, and maintenance tips.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right paint products for their projects, ensuring they meet their specific needs and budget.
  • Effectively manage customer orders and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including sales targets, customer service standards, and safety regulations.
