Nerolac is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Nerolac customers, assisting with sales, and maintaining the store environment. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and restocking inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to Nerolac customers, including answering questions, recommending products, and processing sales
• Assist with sales by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and following up with customers
• Maintain the store environment by keeping shelves stocked, cleaning the store, and arranging displays
• Handle customer inquiries, including resolving issues and providing support
• Process transactions, including accepting payments and issuing receipts
• Restock inventory, including placing orders and unpacking shipments
