Nerolac Paints is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive sales growth for our decorative paints business. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our key distributors, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and ensuring that our products are effectively positioned and marketed within the distribution channel. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the decorative paints market, and a proven track record of success in sales and channel management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, providing them with regular product updates, training, and support.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the distribution channel, actively prospecting new distributors and expanding our reach.
  • Negotiate and manage sales agreements with distributors, ensuring alignment with Nerolac's sales objectives and pricing strategies.
  • Track and monitor sales performance, analyzing data to identify trends, develop strategies, and improve sales outcomes.
  • Provide technical support to distributors and their sales teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to effectively sell Nerolac's products.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events, representing Nerolac and promoting our products to potential customers.
