The Position: Business Development Representative

Are you a go-getter with a passion for fashion and business? As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Myntra, you'll play a vital role in expanding our reach and bringing on exciting new brands. You'll be the first point of contact for potential partner brands, building relationships, understanding their needs, and crafting win-win collaborations. This is your chance to dive into the exciting world of fashion e-commerce and make a real impact!

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify and research potential brands that align with Myntra's vision and customer base.
  • Proactively reach out to brand representatives and build strong relationships.
  • Understand brand goals and product offerings to create customized partnership proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals that benefit both Myntra and the partner brand.
  • Prepare presentations and pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of Myntra.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Track progress and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, merchandising, and logistics to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new brands.

Who you are:

  • A college graduate (freshers are welcome!) with a genuine interest in fashion and the e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you can strike up a conversation with anyone and build rapport easily.
  • A natural go-getter with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
  • You're a resourceful problem solver who can think creatively and find solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of your efforts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a bonus for experience in CRM software.
