Summary

We're looking for a strategic and results-oriented leader with a proven track record of success in the fashion or e-commerce industry. You'll be a natural leader with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You'll possess a deep understanding of the Indian fashion market, consumer trends, and the sales landscape. Most importantly, you'll share our passion for fashion and our commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Myntra's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and brands.
  • Develop and implement effective sales processes and methodologies.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Implement sales enablement programs to empower the sales team.
  • Develop and monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, merchandising, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian fashion market, consumer trends, and the sales landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.

Experience

This role is open to candidates with both experience and those looking for their first leadership role. While a strong track record in sales leadership is a plus, we're also interested in hearing from highly motivated and results-oriented individuals who possess the necessary skills and qualifications to excel in this role.
