Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Back Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and accurate operation of our financial processes. You will work independently and as part of a team to provide support to various departments within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions, such as payments, receipts, and invoices, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate financial data and trends.
  • Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance activities.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen interest in the financial services industry (a plus).

Experience

Open to Freshers or Experienced Candidates

We are open to applications from both recent graduates and experienced professionals. For recent graduates, a strong academic background and a willingness to learn are essential. For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a financial services or back-office environment is preferred.
