Responsibilities:

  • Proactively respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the Meesho platform, including product listings, order management, and payments.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations to resellers, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues promptly.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team for further assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of support interactions and update customer information as needed.
  • Participate in continuous learning and training programs to enhance technical expertise and support capabilities.
