• Product Knowledge and Guidance:
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Meesho's products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Assist customers in navigating the Meesho platform, offering support on order placement, tracking, returns, and other related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product updates, promotions, and policy changes, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination.
