Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement and Support:
  • Engage with customers through various channels, including but not limited to chat, email, and phone, to provide exceptional support and resolve queries.
  • Proactively identify and address customer concerns, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout their journey with Meesho.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Order Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Resolve order-related issues such as cancellations, returns, and refunds promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to optimize order processing and enhance overall operational efficiency.
