• Customer Engagement:

• Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Effectively manage and nurture leads through the entire sales pipeline, from initial contact to conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, maximizing revenue from existing customers.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
