Job Summary
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for expanding Meesho's network of resellers. You'll leverage your communication and relationship-building skills to identify, engage, and onboard potential resellers across India. This role requires a blend of both proactive outreach and inbound lead management, ensuring a positive onboarding experience for all new resellers. You'll also play a key role in educating resellers on Meesho's platform functionalities, product offerings, and best practices for success. Your ultimate goal is to create a community of empowered resellers who are passionate about building their businesses with Meesho.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify potential resellers through various online and offline channels.
- Initiate contact with potential resellers through phone calls, emails, SMS, or social media.
- Conduct engaging discussions to explain Meesho's unique selling proposition and benefits for resellers.
- Manage inbound leads and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Assist resellers with setting up their Meesho profiles and understanding platform functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and education to resellers on product sourcing, marketing strategies, and customer service techniques.
- Track and monitor reseller activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Develop strong relationships with resellers, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
- Contribute to the achievement of team and departmental sales targets.
