About the Role
As a Customer Officer, you'll be the champion for our customers. You'll be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries effectively, and building trust. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Building Relationships: You'll proactively connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized support. This includes building rapport, actively listening, and demonstrating empathy.
- Expert Problem-Solving: You'll be the go-to person for customer inquiries and concerns. You'll effectively troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Omnichannel Communication: You'll be comfortable interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll maintain a professional and consistent brand voice across all interactions.
- Feedback Champion: You'll actively seek and gather customer feedback. You'll analyze this feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Brand Advocacy: You'll be a passionate advocate for the Mahindra brand. You'll consistently represent the company and its values in a positive and professional manner.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Customer Service, Business Administration, Communications) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and resolving inquiries effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
