Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Help Desk team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you'll be on the frontlines, providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders through phone, email, and chat channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Addressing policyholder inquiries regarding premiums, coverage details, claims processes, and other insurance-related matters.
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to our online portals and mobile applications.
- Researching and resolving customer concerns efficiently, utilizing internal knowledge bases and available resources.
- Escalating complex issues to designated teams for further assistance.
- Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records for future reference.
