We're looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join our growing team and provide excellent technical support to our employees from the comfort of your own home!
About the Job:
In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for our employees' computer woes. You'll troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and help them get back to work quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with desktops, laptops, and other devices.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to help employees fix their own issues.
- Escalate complex problems to senior technicians when needed.
- Document all interactions and solutions for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and troubleshooting techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
