Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Engineer at Jio, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Installation and maintenance of network equipment: This includes fiber optic cables, routers, switches, and other telecommunications infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting and resolving network issues: You'll diagnose and fix problems that may arise within the network, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Performing preventive maintenance: You'll conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and keep the network running smoothly.
• Monitoring network performance: You'll use specialized tools and software to monitor network performance metrics and identify potential issues.
• Preparing reports and documentation: You'll document your work activities, prepare reports on network performance and maintenance activities, and keep accurate records.
• Collaborating with teams: You'll work closely with other engineers, technicians, and network operations center (NOC) personnel to ensure efficient network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), or a related field (or pursuing final year).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (for experienced candidates) or strong understanding of telecommunication equipment and principles (for freshers).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
