• Optimize order processing and fulfillment: Ensure accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and delivery, maintaining smooth internal communication and resolving any discrepancies.
• Identify and analyze sales opportunities: Research internal demand trends and actively explore avenues for cross-selling and upselling JSW Steel's diverse product portfolio.
