Be the Face of Infosys: Front Office Coordinator
About the Job:
As an Implementation Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients set up and use new technology. You'll work closely with the client and Infosys teams to ensure a smooth implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and recommend the best technology solutions.
- Configure and set up new technology systems.
- Train clients on how to use the new systems.
- Troubleshoot any problems that arise during implementation.
- Document the implementation process for future reference.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in implementing technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of relevant technologies (experience with specific technologies will be mentioned in the official job posting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
