Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. You'll be the backbone of our customer service operations, providing comprehensive support through various channels. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, managing flight bookings, and ensuring efficient resolution to customer concerns. You'll also play a key role in maintaining accurate customer data and providing updates on flight schedules and policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across phone, email, and chat channels.
- Manage flight reservations, including booking flights, processing payments, and issuing tickets.
- Assist customers with flight changes, cancellations, and seat upgrades.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and provide solutions to their travel needs.
- Research and provide accurate information on flight schedules, travel policies, and baggage allowances.
- Maintain and update customer data in a secure and confidential manner.
- Process refunds and exchanges as per company policy.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- A positive and professional attitude with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
Experience
This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. For freshers, a strong academic background, exceptional communication skills, and a willingness to learn will be highly valued.
