Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and security-conscious individual to join our team of Officer-Security personnel. In this role, you'll be responsible for upholding the highest standards of security at our airports across India. Your duties will encompass passenger screening, baggage inspection, access control, and ensuring adherence to all security protocols. You'll be a vital link in the chain, safeguarding our operations and fostering a safe and secure travel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement security procedures and protocols as per national and international regulations.
Conduct thorough screening of passengers, hand baggage, and checked-in luggage using X-ray machines, metal detectors, and other security equipment.
Maintain a vigilant presence and conduct security patrols within the airport premises.
Respond to security alerts and incidents promptly and effectively.
Manage access control systems and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
Maintain detailed documentation and logs of security checks and incidents.
Liaise with airport authorities, law enforcement, and other security personnel.
Provide excellent customer service while upholding security protocols.
Participate in security audits and training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

10+2 (or equivalent) with a valid passport (willingness to travel for training)
Minimum 2 years of experience in security services (aviation experience preferred)
Strong understanding of Aviation Security (AVSEC) regulations and procedures
Proficiency in operating security screening equipment (X-ray machines, metal detectors)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse passengers and colleagues.
Keen observation skills and a high degree of alertness.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to perform security duties which may involve standing for long periods and lifting moderate weight.
